    Returns and Refunds Policy

    Returns

    Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase. Shortages must be reported within 10 days. A 15% restocking fee may be applied on returned products. If received within 30 days of purchase date, VacMotion will provide a full refund for products that are defective or products that have manufacturing errors. For obvious reasons, customer errors cannot be refunded. All returns must be handled through our website. Please e-mail us through the website so we can provide the customer service necessary to fulfill your request. We will have a customer service representative contact you immediately. You will be directed from that point on.

    Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your goods are refunded, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
