All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date to be considered for a refund. If received within 30 days of purchase date,
VacMotion will provide a full refund for products that are defective or products that have manufacturing errors.
For obvious reasons, customer errors cannot be refunded. All returns must be handled through our website.
